Recently reneawed sun splashed bedrooms and big living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms.
All conforts: garden, BBQ area, parking, laundry service.
Dogs are welcome in the garden. No smoking.
Hi, I'm Ilenia, I'm an architect and I manage this holiday house with my boyfriend Fabien.
I really like traveling around the world, but I also love very much Abruzzo, the region where I live and if you will come to visit us, we'll guide you in the discovery of the seaside, the mountains and the wonderful villages and landscapes of this amazing land.
I expect that guests behave like good friends who respect the space of those who receive them at home.
The property has a strategic location because it allows you to reach most of the sights in Abruzzo and is close to several urban centers but secluded from the chaos and the city traffic.
It is located just 9 km from Pescara, very lively and full of bars and shops city, reached by bus N. 1 which stops right in front of the house.
The house is also:
- 20 km from San Vito Marina and 60 km from Vasto both places of great scenic beauty that surround a stretch of coastline with beaches, rocky coves and nature reserves;
- 40 km from Passo Lanciano known mountain resort with ski slopes and ski lifts;
- 60 km from Caramanico Terme and the Maiella National Park;
- 100 km from Scanno and Villalago small and characteristic towns of the Abruzzo National Park and much more...
