The apartment is 50 square meters and is located in a prestigious and residential area (San Vito) of the city of Trieste, 700 meters from Piazza Unità and 600 meters from the castle of San Giusto. The apartment is furnished with a touch of class and refined furniture. We provide the following appliances: air conditioning with two splits, induction cooker, smart washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee machine, 50-inch smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, super-fast wifi and security door. The apartment is divided into: double bedroom with wardrobe; living room with double sofa bed, coffee table, smart television and Biedermeier furniture; kitchen equipped with every comfort with dining table, 4 stools, induction cooker, very large kitchen top, coffee machine, fridge and freezer, furniture with dishes and pots; bathroom with large shower, hairdryer, soap dispenser, smart washing machine, and toilet. There are also salty snacks, candies, some Italian products (such as pasta and sauce), condiments, tea, coffee, fresh water and a small cellar of local wines. In addition there are disposable slippers and shower kits.

It is a prestigious neighborhood of the city of Trieste. Located on a hill in the central part of the city, it is a prestigious residential area. In the district there are several green areas, including Piazzale Rosmini, Piazza Carlo Alberto and the Passeggio Sant'Andrea. Already inhabited in prehistoric times, the hill took the name of Colle di San Lorenzo from a small church dedicated to this saint and located in the upper part of the current Via San Michele. Up until the 17th century, the hill was left for pasture, in which a few hovels stood from which the name of one of the streets in the district, Via Tigor, derives. In the second half of the 1900s, the heavy vehicles from the collection of the Diego de Enriquez War Museum for Peace were kept on the top of the hill for a few decades. The notable building development took place between 1700 and 1800, when the hill became a holiday destination for the colony of British landowners present in the city.
