The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

The accommodation does not have a parking space but along the promenade you will find numerous convenient pay car parks. The sea is located just 50 meters from the apartment.
