Our aim is to enhance the apartment you will visit, trying to make guests feel at ease without invading their privacy. Hence our choice to allow guests access and Check-In in total freedom and at the time they prefer, obviously after due cleaning and tidying up. We are always available for requests, advice and needs, also through a dedicated number active all day except at night. Arriving by car, you can park directly under the building, just long enough to unload your luggage. In addition, the nearest motorway exit is 3 km from the apartment, which makes it convenient for reaching Genoa Airport in a very short time. If you arrive by train, you will be exactly 20 minutes on foot from the apartment. Two very short flights of stairs separate you from your destination. On the first floor with elevator, you will find your apartment in front of you. Once you cross the threshold, a quick access panel to the free WiFi will allow you to immediately feel at home. The sleeping area consists of a Queen Size bed, wardrobe with hangers and chest of drawers. Here there is also a 32" FullHD TV. Sheets, linens, pillows, duvets and towels are available for each bed. Moving now to the very bright living area, on the left we find the kitchen equipped with a hob, a fridge and freezer, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee pod machine. A table with 4 seats completes the kitchen. Plates, cutlery, pots and pans of various kinds, as well as disposable sachets of salt, sugar, vinegar and oil, are stored in the various compartments. On the right of the living area you will find a very comfortable two-seater sofa bed where you can relax in front of the 40” FullHD TV. There is also a high-performance portable fan in this area. From here you can access two outdoor areas, both including outdoor tables and chairs. The bathroom, furnished with complete sanitary ware, large mirror, hairdryer and shower. The neighborhood where your apartment is located is Santa Caterina. Extremely quiet area, totally residential, located in the second row compared to the historic center and the crowded and lively seafront. Nevertheless, it is just a few minutes from the latter, while being muffled by the noise. Excellent choice to enjoy everything that Varazze has to offer without risking not being able to sleep at night. As previously described, you will be about 8/9 minutes walk from the center and bus stops, which can take you wherever you want. Also, the train station is a 20 minute walk or 7 minute drive.
