Tenuta Ponziani - Griffin’s Resort also manages a farm. The property is spread over approximately 87 hectares of which a part is woods and a part is dedicated to vineyards, olive groves and fruit trees. This working farm is made up many buildings in addition to the guest accommodations. There are various outbuildings dedicated to the farm's daily production, including a tool shop, a shed for farm equipment and a warehouse for storing the farm's crops. In addition, an underground winemaking cellar has been built. Due to its walls of tufa, a typical stone of the area, the cellar stores wine at the correct temperature and protects it from the light. Upon request, guests are able to visit the wine cellar for an unique experience and to learn more about the extraordinary art of making wine.
