Furnished and newly renovated two-room apartment of 55m2 for tourist use in Finale Ligure (SV).
Located in the centre, between the alleys of Finale Marina, 30m from the sea and 50m from the main square.
The house is located on the first floor (with remote-controlled stair lift available) and is composed of 1 double bedroom + 1 single bed, 1 living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, 1 bathroom with large shower and bathtub and balcony with sea view .
Suitable for up to 5 people.
Equipped with every type of comfort including Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, flat screen TV, kettle, microwave.
Parking available on request also parking space in the garage 300 meters from the apartment.
