The Guelphs & Ghibellines apartments have been designed and built as luxury suites to which are added the typical comforts of an apartment. The structure that has 2 apartments (each of 55 sqm) is located in the central area, 250 meters from the Verona Arena (a 3-minute walk). Each apartment consists of 1 large living room / kitchen area, 1 bathroom with marble finishes and finally an elegant double bedroom. The deluxe apartment also has a terrace accessible from the living area, while the superior apartment has 2 balconies, the first accessible from the living area and the second from the master bedroom. Finally, the property has 2 private indoor car parks, suitable for medium-sized vehicles, located 150 meters from the property.
