The apartment was completely renovated in 2016 with modern and new concept finishes. All windows open and close electronically and are equipped with a mosquito net. The kitchen has a large fridge, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle and nespresso machine and traditional coffee maker. The rooms are very airy and spacious and furnished with antiques and traditional Sicilian furnishings. The villa is located about 800 meters from the beach ... the right distance to stay away from traffic and noise. Two new bicycles are offered for free use of guests (upon signing a disclaimer agreement). Immersed in the greenery, the Antichi Ulivi Guest House will welcome you for a pleasant, comfortable and relaxing stay.

The villa is located in a safe and peaceful area of Mondello. About 800 meters is the distance that separates us from the beach, but on foot it is a pleasant walk among the villas in the neighborhood. In the street there is always free parking (closer to the beach there is a paid parking!), Motorbikes can instead be parked inside the villa. Two new bicycles are made available to guests upon signing a liability discharge contract in the event of an accident, theft or damage. The bus stop leading to the city center of Palermo is about 150 meters away. At about 100 meters there are numerous restaurants, pizzerias and wine bars; the bank, the pharmacy, the tobacconist, supermarket and other shops.
