This lovely, newly renovated flat in Arma di Taggia is located in a quiet area, just a 3-minute drive from the sea and the Riviera dei Fiori cycle path. It has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed, a living area, a kitchen and a bathroom. There is also a balcony and a terrace where you can dine al fresco. The flat has Wi-Fi and both private, covered parking (4,07x2,14x2,15) and a communal parking space. Upon entering the flat we find a corridor which on the right will take us to the double bedroom where there is a balcony, to the bedroom with the two single beds and to the bathroom. To the left of the corridor, on the other hand, we find the living area with dining table, the kitchen and access to the terrace where it is possible to have lunch. The private car park is under cover for the exclusive use of guests; as far as the condominium car park is concerned, it is not possible for us to guarantee its full availability, as it can be used by all the residents of the building, subject to availability.
