The 136 sqm apartment is located on the third floor of a building without elevator: it is therefore necessary to climb the stairs to access it. The interior space is composed as follows: - Entrance/living area with single sofa bed, desk and ceiling fan - Kitchen equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, electric moka, kettle, blender, toaster, little electric oven combined with microwave - Living room with sofa, TV and split AC - Bedroom I with queen bed, wardrobe, walk-in closet, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom equipped with wc, bidet and bathtub with shower wall (an internal step should be noted) - Bedroom II with queen bed, wardrobe and ceiling fan - External toilet to the rooms with wc, bidet and shower. Further facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, one portable fan, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). ATTENTION: the flat is located in the ZTL and in the pedestrian area, therefore it cannot be reached by car.
