The vacation home is distributed on three levels, connected only by external stairs. It offers a large pool with rounded lines, sea view and lighting in the evening hours. The garden and adjacent manicured outdoor areas are terraced and rich in olive trees and Mediterranean plants. The building was built with high quality materials and is characterized by fine finishes: The main entrance is on the first floor, where there is also a large living room, kitchen, four bedrooms and a studio. The master bedroom has access to a terrace overlooking the sea and a large bathroom with massage tub. Around the house there are numerous equipped areas, a porch and spacious terraces. On the eastern side of the building are a laundry room and an area with table tennis. On the 1st floor: living room and kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom with mosaic flooring and massage tub. The outdoor area offers two terraces with magnificent sea views. On the 2nd floor: bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. Bedroom No. 3 has a single bed and an open gallery (accessed by spiral staircase) with two more single beds.
