The Residence Holiday Rendez Vous was born right in the heart of the city of Pineto, a few steps from the beach and the main street. Just 50 meters from the Residence, passing through the historic pine forest that runs along the coast, you will arrive at the golden sand beach, and just 10 minutes' walk will take you to Torre Cerrano, an ancient port now home to the Marine Protected Area of the same name " Torre del Cerrano ". The Residence offers free access to the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, Wi-Fi connection included, and to give you greater comfort, upon arrival you will find the first supply of bed linen and towels included in the price. Internal parking or garage are available on request, for a fee. Private parking on request: 5,00 eur per day Private garage parking on request: 10,00 eur per day Surcharge for pets: 30,00 eur per stay Mid-stay extra linen and towels: 15,00 eur per person. Mid-stay extra cleaning: 60,00 eur per service
