Recently completely renovated, high quality furnished apartment consists of: 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It is located on the 1st floor of a building with elevator and video surveillance in the historic center. A few minutes by walk from the main street Via Etnea and the main tourist destinations. Public pay parking in front of the structure . Metro stop 2 minutes by walk (one stop for the train station). ALIBUS stop to the airport at 200 meters by walk.The apartment is composed: A first bedroom, with a King Size double bed (180x200 cm) or two single beds (90x200 cm); a second bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), both equipped with independent heating, air conditioning, 32 "flat screen HD smart TV with platform Netfix and USB sockets to charge your devices. A living room with double sofa bed, heating, air conditioning, 50 "HD smart TV with Netfix platform. All three bedrooms have balconies. Kitchen complete with fridge with freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. N. 2 bathrooms with shower box, one with washing machine. Throughout the hotel, free wi-fi with high speed fiber optic connection.

The apartment is in the Catania historic center, 200 m from the main street ​​Via Etnea, with many buses stop to the airport and beach (plaja). By walk in a few minutes, there are: supermarkets, banks, shops, bars etc. in addition many restaurants, pubs and fast food being close to the areas of the Catania nightlife. Possibility to go a beach by metro (one stop) or by walk in 10 minutes. The train and bus station (for all destinations: Etna, Taormina, Siracusa etc.) is easily accessible by metro (1 stop) or on foot (950 m). In front of the building, there is a public parking .Moving from the apartment is very simple, you can go to all the most important monuments of Catania by walk in a few minutes, as well as go to the sea (plaja) by bus (Via Etnea stop), or to the train and bus station for other locations in Sicily (1 metro stop or 950 m by walk). A 2 min by walk to the "Stesicoro" metro stop, with which you can go to other neighbourhoods, easily, like: Shopping - Viale Africa station; Seaside rocks - Piazza Europa station; Circumetnea station to visit the typical small towns on Mount Etna - Borgo station).
