Classic is the latest apartment created by HomeHolidaySanremo, a name synonymous with quality in short-term rentals in Sanremo for years. This charming one-bedroom apartment with sea view is located at the beginning of the old town, just 100 meters from Via Matteotti and 200 meters from the Casino. The apartment is located at the beginning of La Pigna, the most charming and historic area of Sanremo, while still being close to Via Matteotti, the main street with renowned boutiques, the Ariston Theatre, and the Sanremo Casino. Here, history and modernity perfectly blend, offering a unique stay in the heart of the city. Supermarkets, restaurants, and bars are just a 3-minute walk, while beaches, parking, and the bike path are only 5 minutes on foot. 🚶‍♂️ Access to the Apartment To reach the apartment, guests need to walk approximately 80 meters through the old town, in a completely pedestrian area with charming stairs and alleys. Once at the property, you climb to the second floor, enjoying a beautiful sea view above the rooftops of La Pigna. ⚠️ Please note: The apartment is not recommended for guests with many suitcases or bulky luggage.
