Apartment located in a residence with swimming pool a few meters far from the lake. Inside the residence there is a large wooded park where it is allowed to use the deckchairs. The residence is located 1 km from Peschiera del Garda railway station, its historic center (recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site) and 2 kilometers far from the motorway exit. Served by buses, trains and ferries and with the presence of cycle paths.
Welcome to Casa Dogana! We are Carla and Giampietro and we will take care of you with the help of our son Nicolò.
Residence located in a quiet area a few meters far from the lake. It has a large park with private parking and a communal swimming pool. The apartment is located in a strategic position: it is 100 meters far from the lake, 1 km far from the center of Peschiera del Garda, 2 km far from the motorway exit, 5 minutes from the Gardaland amusement park, Caneva, Movieland, Villa dei Cedri thermal park and 5 minutes from the Pederzoli Hospital Clinic. The city of Verona is 20 minutes away.
