Historical home of the Ligurian hinterland. Completely restored and made unique and exclusive by location, precious elements, environment, architectural solutions. It is located in the center of a large property with private entrance, large sunny meadows and chestnut woods and fir trees. The view over the surrounding hills is just towards nature and privacy is total. Sunlit all day, it has a beautiful pool in the green with deckchairs, sunbathing lawn, a few meters from the house to stay in touch with your accommodation. With pergola-owned cargo spaces, the apartments all have a terrace and a fireplace. At 500 mt. From the center of the village of Borzonasca the house is located 15 km from the coast of the Tigullio, one of the most beautiful and sought after sea of Italy. Chiavari (15 km.) Portofino (35 km.) Santa Margherita (30 km.) Sestri Levante (20 km.) The Cinque Terre (60 km.) Are the ideal destinations for trips, walks, experiences in nature and history Liguria. The property is located at the threshold of the Natural Park of Aveto. Paths, streams, ponds, mushroom picking, trekking, mountain biking, excellent gastronomy!
