In a quaint courtyard hidden from the street, Il Cortiletto is a recently renovated and elegant property, situated in Como near the beautifull Cernobbio, with 2 bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a large lounge/kitchen area as well as a secluded garden. The apartment is at the first floor. The property has free WiFi, is fully air-conditioned and sleeps up to 6 people thank to the large sofa bed in the living room. This spacious holiday home has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and induction hob and large fridge freezer as well a host of small appliances – the property is non smoking. The stylish living room area is equipped with a 55” Smart TV, a DVD player and an Xbox Games Console. The dining area has an extendable table with seating for at least 6 - 8 people. Each bedroom has a double bed, the larger of the two has a 160cm x 200cm bed with the smaller one being 140cm x 200 cm. Both bedrooms have USB points by each bedside table to allow cell phone charging. Towels and bed linen are offered in the holiday home. The property has an outdoor dining area under a Pergola where guests can relax – BBQ facilities including outdoor plates and cutlery are available. Free Parking is available just outside the rear gate to the property (subject to availability). There is also one parking space for a small car in the courtyard in front of the house (sideways along the 2 brown garages).

Il Cortiletto is just a 10-minute walk from the Como football stadium — perfect for fans looking to stay close to the action! The famous Villa Olmo promenade connects the neighbourhood to Como city centre, crossing the beautiful park via the lake path – with truly spectacular scenery. This lakeside path is a must for tourists and locals, especially for walking and jogging – the walk should take 35 to 40 minutes to Como centre. Cernobbio is just a 12 minute walk away. Villa Erba and Cernobbio Exhibition and Congress Centre is just a a 10 minute walk from the property. Como Cathedral, the Basilica of Sant'Abbondio and Basilica of San Fedele are all within 5.5 km. Broletto is 5.5 km from the property. Shops & Facilities The Bennet shopping mall is close by, a 7 minute walk, with a large supermarket, clothes shops ( i.e. Bata, Sisley, Benneton) and an ATM. The Gran Mercato supermarket is 2 minutes away.
