Charming detached house, once an old barn, a stone's throw from the center of Garessio: two floors with mezzanine, renovated to preserve and enhance the original features - windows with vaulted bricks, original stones, wood and parquet.
The large built-in kitchen is fully equipped.
One of the two sofas in the living room can be converted into a bed and there is a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
The bedroom is located on the mezzanine.
The laundry room is equipped with washing machine, iron and everything needed for cleaning.
The bathroom with exposed beams has a window and a shower and is equipped with a hairdryer.
