The house is an outbuilding of a historic villa, surrounded by a park-like property with pool (shared with ITA902). You enter the large, bright living room via a private terrace; in the living room there is an open fireplace and the adjoining small kitchen, a spiral staircase leads to the 1st floor (which can also be reached via a comfortable external staircase). The functional kitchen area also has an exit to the garden. The bedrooms with bathrooms are on the 1st floor. Cot on request. Various garden seating areas are scattered around the property, so you can enjoy an espresso under a rose-covered pergola and a glass of wine in the shade of tall trees. The pretty little town of Monte San Savino, where you will find various bars, good restaurants and ice cream parlours, is also within easy walking distance for keen city trippers: Arezzo (20 km, also by train), Cortona 30 km, Siena 50 km and Florence 80 km. Monte San Savino offers a wide range of cultural events in summer, especially concerts in the rose garden; on Wednesdays there is a colourful market. Table football available in the communal area.
