The B&B Il Granitino is located in Roccacaramanico, a small medieval village in the heart of the Maiella National Park. With its population of only four inhabitants, the village enjoys peaceful and quiet conditions for most of the year. However, it comes to life in the summer months, when it hosts many visitors from all over the world, live concerts, food festivals, theatrical performances and other cultural events. Roccacaramanico is the starting point for many hiking trails reaching the surronding Maiella and Morrone mountains. In the town square there is a restaurant offering typical local cuisine, while in the neighbouring villages of Sant’Eufemia a Maiella and Caramanico Terme there are grocery shops, bakeries, pizzeria, coffee shops and ice cream parlours, plus a wide variety of restaurants.
