My property is a recently renovated villa where everything is new. The strong point of my structure is the huge outdoor space set up with sofas and loungers where you can relax in total peace. There are two small gardens and a shower. Half of the outdoor space is covered with swaying curtains that create a nice shaded area where you can cool off. The house inside is divided into an open space living room kitchen on the ground floor, kitchen equipped with all wall equipped with large TV. The only small flaw the road to the arrival is not very wide so only small cars can access. For larger cars no problem from where you can park at the house are 7-8 minutes on foot.
I am a very friendly and accommodating person with a great ability to relate to guests
The area is located on a hill ten minutes from the center. We are talking about a road with little traffic and very quiet and peaceful. The house is immersed in the green of nature among olive trees and characteristic plants of the area. For lovers of trekking and excursions immersed in nature it is ideal as one of the most beautiful routes in the country is half an hour away; the Sperlonga path; to do by bike or on foot where you can admire breathtaking landscapes.
