Detached apartment in farmhouse with splendid views of the typical Gallura’s countryside among large granite stones and vast landscapes. The apartment has ample space for exclusive uses to enjoy relaxation and peace. The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub/shower), equipped kitchen, living room with 55" TV, windowed veranda overlooking the valley, a large outdoor square in front of the house, with large granite table and BBQ, for exclusive uses.

We are passionate about nature, the sea and sailing. During the summer we divide our time between the house and our sailing boat, trying to introduce guests to the territory and the magic of Sardinia.

The house is located in a convenient position to easily reach all the main destinations in the North of Sardinia: in 5 minutes by car you can reach Bassacutena where you can find grocery stores, church, tobacco bars, pizzerias, gas station and every Wednesday the local market; in 15 minutes you can reach the beautiful Rena Majori beach, in 20 minutes Santa Teresa di Gallura, Arzachena and the entire Costa Smeralda including Cannigione and Palau and in 45 minutes Olbia. The location of the house is convenient to reach and visit the archaeological sites of the area (Millenarian Olive Trees, Tombs of the Giants and Nuragic Towers) or to taste wines and typical Gallura products.
