We live between Umbria and Sicily, and when at Casa Greppo, we will be happy to meet you on your arrival and, if necessary, we can be supportive for every need, ...or just to chat, with a good wine. We produce olive oil, sunflowers oil, cereals, some fruits and vegetables, and we will be very happy to offer you.

We describe here the houses converted from an old farmhouse that, together with the farm, make up the Agriturismo Casa Greppo. It is a beautiful stone country house on a hill, 450 metres above sea level, near San Venanzo, in the more traditional and lesser-known Umbria, halfway between Perugia, Todi and Orvieto. It is part of a 20-hectare farm, among olive trees, woods and fields of wheat and sunflowers, in a dominant position with a breathtaking landscape. The houses are fully furnished and have an equipped kitchen. They also have an independent heating system with a natural gas boiler, which can be used during the cold seasons according to one's habits. For stays longer than 3 nights, there is a surcharge, calculated at the current commercial cost and based on actual consumption. In three out of four houses, there is also a wood-burning fireplace, with plenty of wood available. The farmhouse is complemented by a large swimming pool in a panoramic position, freely accessible from May to October, and a SPA facility with heated pool, sauna and steam bath, available all year round, this on request and for an extra charge. We also have a charging station for electric cars, on request and on payment of a supplement. Each house offers its own terrace, a furnished outdoor area for meals and relaxation, surrounded by olive and fruit trees, woods, sunflowers, cultivated hillsides, and you can relax in the solarium by the panoramic swimming pool or the spa. ..and in a short time you will easily reach Perugia, Todi, Orvieto, Trasimeno lake, Montefalco, Assisi, Spoleto and many other amazing places., and please, note that Rome and Florence are just 2 hours away.

Close to “Rotecastello”, medieval treasure with its sighting tower. Right round hills, valleys, multicolored fields and a lot of other small medieval villages, absolutely out of traditional tours. Let’s talk, e.g., about Civitella dei Conti, a little village on the top of a hill that has got traces of a fortification, or about other small villages such as: Collelungo, Poggio Aquilone, Civitella dei Conti, which gives the opportunity to make an excursion along the stream Fersinone, Montecastello di Vibio, little treasure seat of international summer stages of art and seat of the smallest active theatre in the world, Teatro della Concordia. You can also see Assisi, Spoleto, Todi or the nature and fluvial park of Tevere river, or other parks like Trasimeno lake or the Piano di Colfiorito. ...and Rome or Florence are 2 hours away.
