A warm and welcoming villa with a large garden, you can easily reach the "Grizzana" train station on foot. Approximately every hour trains to Bologna or in the opposite direction to Prato / Florence (30 minutes by train to Bologna and 30 minutes by train to Prato). The house with completely independent entrance has a lot of privacy. Bars and supermarket are within walking distance. Working fireplace in the living room. In the apartment there are 5 beds that can be connected to the staircase connecting the tavern that can accommodate 2 more people with a second bathroom. For a total of 7 beds.
