Fancy seafront apartment with front garden, overlooking the Poetto beach in Cagliari. Poetto is the city beach, but has nothing to envy to the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia! The road that separates the house from the beach is a pedestrian and bicycle area where you can take relaxing walks. It is a comfortable 60 mt² apartment, which is composed of a living room with kitchenette, relax area in the loft, double bedroom, and bathroom with tub / shower. The house is equipped with air conditioning / heating, free Wi-Fi, TV, mosquito nets, plus essential beach amenities.
The Poetto beach takes its name from the nearby residential area of Cagliari. In front of the house and along the seafront there are bar / cafeteria, restaurants and equipped bathing facilities. The property is about 5 km from the historic center of the city, easily accessible by public transport (PQ – PF bus), which stop is just 50 meters away. In the surroundings there are various interesting attractions: Sella del Diavolo (200 mt), Marina Piccola small harbour (200 mt), Molentargius Natural Park ( 2 km), Basilica di Nostra Signora di Bonaria (3 km), San Remy Bastion (4 km), Elephant Tower (4 km).
