EXCLUSIVE AND STRATEGIC LOCATION, 10 minutes by car from the center of Massa and 20 minutes from the seaside. This three-story house is located on the slopes of the Apuan Alps and overlooks the Renara river, a destination for both tourists and locals to cool down during hot summer days with its pools of crystal clear water.
The house can accommodate up to 4 people:There are a double bedroom with private bathroom and a room with a double sofa bed and private bathroom.

Guests can also enjoy a spacious living room + fully equipped kitchen with fireplace and access to the veranda/porch for dining outside in the summer.
