This apartment is a portion of a villa built right in front of the San Felice beach. it is set at the ground level with indipendent access. It is a unique space of 60 m2 with badroom, livingroom and kitchenette. Next are the closet and the bathroom. The anbience is particularly fresh in summer and it is equipped of aircon. Wifi is FREE and tv offers the basic SKY cable service. We have recently renoveted and refurnished all spaces. Guests are free to use the 300m2 garden to sunbath, play or dine. From the garden guest can directly access the beach and the christal clear waters of san felice. 2 bikes and 3 kayaks are available to our guests to better enjoy the garda lake area.
I live at the first floor of the villa. I love doing my best to let my guests spend a good time here at the lake. I wasn't born here therefore I particularly appreciate the beauty of this place and I want to share it with my guests.
We share a side of our garden with a 4 star hotel that offers a top class restaurant and mooring facilities. The beach is beautiful and usually it is frequented by good people. Just after the hotel there is a nice pub offering snacks and drinks.
