The whole estate consists only in residential houses inside a private property and the access to the condominium is via a dead-end street By car, bike or on foot you can easily reach the promenade, which is 700 meters away and with a difference in elevation of 90 meters. - By car: from the private parking you can reach the public road along the sea, with many paying parking lots. - By bike: through the private road that connects with the pedestrian area and the cycle path that links the seafront with the towns of Levanto, Bonassola and Framura. - On foot: in particular those who move along the comfortable private road can use a series of stairs shortcuts down to the seaside promenade or to the entrance of the pedestrian galleries for Bonassola and Framura towns.
