Karú Suites is located in Villanova neighborhood, once inhabited by farmers. The 2 Suites are in a small historic building, completely renovated respecting its old architectural elements. The Suites, at the first floor without lift, can accommodate up to a maximum of three people each, and have a comfortable double bed with the possibility of a third bed, a large bathroom with extra large shower and are equipped with all comforts. The Superior Suite has an exclusive terrace overlooking the rooftops of the historic center, while the Comfort Suite has exposed wooden beams and two balconies overlooking the delightful and flowery Via Piccioni. Remember that Karù Suites is not an hotel. Entrance is automated with code. Before your arrival we'll contact you to ask for your personal data and to give you all the info you will need for your access and your self check in. The linen (sheets and towels) is included for each guest and is sanitized. But remember that there is no intermediate cleaning during your stay. From the first of July 2021 the Municipality of Cagliari asks for the City Tax (1,50 per person, per night) which is due to be paid by the guests who sleep in Cagliari. City Tax can be paid by cash at check out time.

Villanova is one of the 4 historic districts of the city and in ancient times it was an area inhabited by farmers who had left the fields of the "Campidano"; now it is a very quiet neighborhood made up of low and colorful houses. From here, you can easily visit the entire historic center of Cagliari by foot. In the surrounding you can find lots of cafes and restaurants.
