40 years ago I left Holland and with my partner , Sicilian, we started to built this holiday complex on the most beautiful place in Cefalù. Now we are renting 8 apartments, and enjoy doing it because I like meeting people of different nationalities

Villa L'Arca is set on the mountains overlooking Cefalù and its bay, so all our terraces have a breath taking view on town and sea. Every apartment has its own private terrace, furnished for out door living. Come and enjoy a relaxing holiday.
