This charming house was completely renovated in 2016 and now boasts a wonderful garden that is green and tranquil. The house is located just 7 Km from Florence whilst, at the same time, is a stone's throw from Chianti - an area renowned for its exemplary wines and stunnig landascape. There is a bus stop situated 150 m from the house with regular direct routes (Nos 31 and 32) into the beautiful centre of Florence.
I have been living in Florence, Italy, for the past 10 years. I love the history of this amazing city - a place where I have studied and worked for many years and where, ultimately, I decided to create my own business. I am very interested in photography and, also, in collecting old radios and cameras. In fact, I have a very interesting collection in my house, which guests are welcomed to view at any times.
The property is situated on Chiantigiana road and, as the name rightly suggests, we are very close to the Chianti Hills - an area known the world over, for its rich cultural history and its products, in particular, its famous wine. No forgetting the many other wonderful villages, for exemple, San Gimignano and Certaldo, which can be easily reached in 40 minutes or the larger cities of Siena and Arezzo which are accessible within an hour from the property. The A 1 motor way "Firenze Sud" toll booth is a mere 1 km away.
