La Bouganville is a beautiful Villa with sea view, located in the touristic and private area of Kala e Moru, 30 km from Cagliari. The lush garden is a paradise corner and offers its guests absolute privacy. La Bouganville has 2 private parking lots and you can reach the beautiful beach of Kala e Moru with few steps. The linen (sheets and towels) is included for each guest and is sanitized but remember that there is no intermediate cleaning during your stay. We will personally welcome you at your arrival, show you the house and give you the keys. Before your arrival we'll contact you to ask for your personal data. We inform our guests that from 1 June 2025 the Municipality of Quartu Sant'Elena has introduced the tourist tax. The tax will be collected in cash directly at the property.

Kala e Moru is a private and small touristic area, 30 km from Cagliari and 24 km from Villasimius. It is a complex of houses and villas very close to the beach. In few minutes by car you can enjoy other really beautiful beaches, such as as Geremeas, Mari Pintau and Torre delle Stelle. In 25 minutes you will reach Villasimius and its amazing beaches ~ We suggest you to get to the Villa by car, in order to enjoy all the beautiful beaches within 30 km and to get to the nearest supermarket. ~ The property has a private entrance and the possibility to park the car inside.
