An external stone staircase leads to a mezzanine on a rock where a gate allows access to the accommodation. From a partially covered and partially sunny terrace you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside and the rooftops of the city. The part of the terrace covered with reeds and plexiglass is equipped with sofas and table to spend pleasant moments of relaxation. Going up three steps, you enter the house in a cozy living room with sofa corner and modern fireplace. The living room leads to the bedroom and kitchen / dining room. A small Roman balcony overlooks the majestic church of San Giorgioi.
