La Casa dei Treni is a professionally managed guesthouse, licensed under CITR 011015 AFF 0136, located just 30 meters from La Spezia Train Station, the gateway to the Cinque Terre National Park. It opened in 2018, when we began our hospitality journey. What sets us apart is that we're small and family-run; we only have three rooms, all of which we take great care to ensure are well-maintained. The property is also just steps from La Spezia's historic center, making it easy to get around on foot. Our guesthouse is located in an apartment building on the first floor (about 40 steps, no elevator). You can add breakfast and luggage storage to your stay. We've decided to offer self-check-in to help you organize your stay, but you'll find us at reception every morning to assist you and advise you on the must-see attractions in our area!

Good morning! We're Chiara and Manuel, and we've been working in the hospitality industry since 2017. After working as a lawyer, I followed my passion for travel and hospitality. Manuel was born in Riomaggiore (the first village in the Cinque Terre), and I work as a guide in the Cinque Terre National Park. the guesthouse is located 30 meters far from the trainstation entrance, and also from 5 minutes walking from the historical center of La Spezia. Even if we are close to the trainstation is safe. the guesthouse is perfect for who decide to travel using the train but if you come by car you have two big parking garage close to us (park stazione and parking nuovo mondo) . You can visit the 5 Terre villages taking the train the first one is at 8 minutes far.
