La Casa del Gelsomino is located on the raised ground floor of a three-storey building in the historic centre of Tivoli, near Rome. The studio flat was completely renovated and refurbished in June 2019 with the aim of making our guests' stay comfortable and relaxing. The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a big double bed, private bathroom and a small space equipped with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender and espresso coffee machine. At guests disposal: TV, free Wi-Fi, linen, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. The price does NOT include the tourist tax (2 euros per person per night) that must be paid by cash or card on arrival.
Nice to meet you! We are Loredana and Bruno and we live in Tivoli, a town 30km away from Rome, with two Unesco world heritage sites, a picturesque historic centre and lots more to discover. In 2019 we decided to embark on a new adventure: we renovated a whole floor of our building and started hosting people interested in visiting our lovely town. Our accommodation is called la Casa del Gelsomino, literally meaning "the house of jasmine" because there is a beautiful star jasmine that grows in a pot by our front door! We can't wait to welcome you in Tivoli!
La Casa del Gelsomino is located in a charming alley in the medieval heart of Tivoli. The location is ideal for visiting our town on foot: every place of interest (Villa d'Este and Villa Gregoriana included) is easily reachable with a few minute walk, as well as shops, cafes and restaurants. Villa Adriana (4km), the thermal baths (7km) and Rome (30km) are accessible by public transport. The location also allows easy access to both the train station (750m) and the main bus stops (max. 800m). Close to the accommodation there is a big pay&display car park (300m).
