Located within a small village in Santa Caterina di Pittinuri, the house is on one floor and is composed of: entrance hall with living room, TV and kitchen equipped with kitchenware and appliances such as oven, fridge freezer, coffee machine and microwave. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with 1 double bed and the other with 2 single beds and 1 double bed, for a total of 5 beds. There is 1 bathroom complete with toilet and washing machine. The property is completed by a small terrace facing the entrance, a swimming pool shared with the other guests of the residence, with specific opening times and periods, and a private car park inside the residence. -Apartment managed in the name and on behalf of the owner-
