La casa di Ada è un grazioso monolocale situato nel centro di Sondrio, ha bagno privato con bidet, doccia, asciugacapelli, set di cortesia e lavasciuga. Presa USB a muro per ricaricare i dispositivi. Per una maggiore comodità, la struttura fornisce gratuitamente asciugamani e lenzuola. La casa dispone di una TV a schermo piatto, presenta un'area relax, una zona pranzo, una cucina con piano cottura a induzione, bollitore, frigorifero e forno a microonde. Ben collegata con tante graziose località di montagna, la casa di Ada rappresenta la base ideale per esplorare l'intera Valtellina. La stazione e l'ospedale distano 300 metri quindi raggiungibili a piedi.Gli istituti scolastici distano da 50 metri a massimo 600 metri anch'essi raggiungibili a piedi. Il sentiero Valtellina dista 500 metri,comodo per chi viaggia in bicicletta.La stazione di Tirano per il Trenino Rosso dista 26 chilometri.La Valmalenco che offre numerose piste da sci e svariati rifugi dista 12 chilometri.
