Ideal for a relaxing holiday, it consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen and sofa bed, a comfortable double bedroom and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Strategically located for exploring the beauty of the Lake, all services are within walking distance. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people.

Located in the historic centre of Passignano sul Trasimeno, one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Italy, the flat has all the amenities: - direct access to the pier for embarkation to the islands - direct access to the lakefront - proximity to the best restaurants in the village (gourmet cuisine, Umbrian, lake fish, seafood, meat) - breakfast bars, pastry shops, ice cream parlours and kiosks for aperitifs within 100 metres - supermarket, butcher, bike hire within 200 metres - medieval fortress where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets within 200 metres - public car parks within 200 metres (the flat is in a restricted traffic zone reserved for residents) - directly on the route of the Palio delle Barche, a very important event held in the last week of July
