Perfect apartment for a typical mountain vacation! Surrounded by greenery, with large terraces facing the mountains, in a quiet residence composed of several buildings all within a small private and fenced park. The apartment is on the ground floor relative to the pedestrian entrance (only 5 low steps) and is all on one level. It has an anteroom that leads to the kitchen straight ahead and to the right to the living room with a fireplace, the central area of the apartment which opens onto a beautiful small terrace with mountain views, large enough to accommodate lounge chairs or a dining table. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The property also includes a private garage with one parking space, right below the apartment. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, gas stove and oven, microwave, pod coffee machine, large flat-screen TV, and internet. The standard supply includes sheets and towels, shampoo and shower gel, a kitchen equipped for 4 people with a small welcome kit of salt-oil-pepper.

The House is located in Cremeno, in the picturesque Valsassina Valley. Just 600 meters from the local supermarket and 500 meters from the center of Cremeno, guests will find bars, pharmacies, pizzerias, and various shops nearby. A short walk leads to trails connecting to the Valsassina cycling path and a dirt road that leads to a charming agriturismo highly recommended for a taste of local cuisine. Additionally, there is a natural spring water dispenser and a bus stop for ski shuttle services just steps away from the apartment. Public transport is accessible via the D35 bus, which connects Cremeno to Lecco and other valley villages. From Lecco, guests can take a train to Milan or nearby towns on the same side of the lake, or a ferry to visit villages across the water. The bus runs 1-2 times per hour but does not operate late, with the last run around 7 PM and limited service on Sundays.
