La Cinisara is a beautiful villa with parking and a garden. The villa consists of two separate apartments, each with its own entrance, one located on the GROUND FLOOR and the other on the FIRST FLOOR. Each apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant and relaxing holiday (INCLUDING WI-FI and AIR CONDITIONING). The GROUND FLOOR apartment comprises an entrance hall, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed, a living room with a double and single sofa bed, a bathroom with a whirlpool tub and toilet, a second bathroom with toilet, shower, and washing machine, a spacious kitchen (fully equipped) with a large dining table, a large outdoor veranda, and a well-maintained garden surrounding the apartment. SLEEPING AREA: The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 8 people: 2 in the bedroom with a double bed, 3 in the second bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed, and 3 in the living room (2 on the sofa bed and one on the single bed). The FIRST FLOOR apartment comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, a large covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a second bathroom with a sink and toilet, a washing machine and dryer, and a very large balcony. Each apartment is equipped with the safety devices required by current regulations (smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, gas detectors, and fire extinguisher). A video surveillance system is installed outside.

La Cinisara is located in a very quiet and peaceful residential area but at the same time a few minutes walk from various commercial activities (Bars, Bakeries and Supermarkets). To stay in our structure we recommend renting a car as the area is not served by public transport.
