CORTESE: After entering the building, a staircase leads up to the apartment. Once inside, you step into the main room, furnished with a double bed, a folding bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with Dolce Gusto coffee machine included, a tv, a dining table, and air conditioning. This compact yet functional space, located in the heart of the city, also offers access to a shared rooftop terrace, accessible by stairs, perfect for enjoying the view of the historic street. On the ground floor, there is also a shared laundry/storage room. GENTILE: To access the apartment, located on the first floor, you’ll need to climb a flight of stairs. Upon entering, you’ll be welcomed by a spacious living room, featuring a comfortable double sofa bed, which opens onto a modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, with Dolce Gusto coffee machine included. The apartment also offers a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub equipped with shower head, toilet and bidet. On the ground floor, there’s a practical shared laundry/storage area, perfect for storing luggage, beach gear, or bicycles. Guests can also enjoy a shared rooftop terrace, accessible via stairs, ideal for outdoor breakfasts or relaxing aperitifs at sunset. The apartments are located in the heart of Pietra Ligure's historic center, on one of its most characteristic and lively streets: Via Nunzio Cesare Regina. We're just a few meters from Piazza del Comune and within walking distance of everything you need: restaurants, bars, shops, and, most importantly, the beach, which is 200 meters away. The train station is just an 8-minute walk away. The most convenient parking options are along Via Don Giovanni Bado (paid parking from 8:00 to 20:00) or "Piazzale Flavio Geddo", which is free and about a 7-minute walk away. The apartments are in a ZTL road (limited traffic zone), so car access is limited. Entry is allowed only during the hours indicated on the road signs exclusively for unloading luggage, after which the car must be parked in one of the designated parking areas.
