Cm CasaMia represents the Tourism department of Centumbrie Company. The Cm Company shows the current moment in the long history of two Umbrian families, as old as Umbria, its people and its civilization. The letters "C" and "M" are the initials of two surnames and the tale of a vision called "Centumbrie" It is a family business that decided to invest in its homeland as a sign of gratitude. Cm Centumbrie is research, experience, and the story of a territory, according to a project based on listening to the laws of nature. Sustainability, quality, organic farming, short supply chains, design, and hospitality become tangible elements of a system based on excellence and valuable ethical principles. Agricultural properties, farmhouses, production and dining area: The Cm Centumbrie world is a network of places waiting to be discovered. They stretch across the hills and the lakeshore. Villa La Cotogna, located on the hill of Montecolognola, is a splendid 250 m² country house with a breathtaking view of the Umbrian hills and the beautiful Lake Trasimeno, an area that represents a must for those in search of peace and relaxation. We offer our guests a beautiful private pool and spa area with a sauna and sensory shower. The master suite is located in the guesthouse, a centuries-old converted stone barn. The large modern bed beautifully placed in the middle of the room makes admiring the view of the lake all the more enjoyable. There is an elegant en suite bathroom with double wash basins, marble countertop and a bathtub. Two of them are double bedrooms that share a modern bathroom with double wash basins and a hydromassage shower. The third bedroom comes with two French-size beds and an en suite bathroom with a shower. Our Guests will be welcomed by a person in charge of Check-in who will be happy to help and provide assistance throughout the stay, for any questions, requests, or emergencies.
