Welcome to our Dimora del Sole, comfortable and spacious structure consisting of 3 bedrooms, kitchen, balcony, living room, 2 bathrooms and bicycle / luggage storage. Located on the 2nd floor of an ancient house overlooking one of the most beautiful and fascinating villages in Italy, in front of Castel San Giovanni and Castel Govone, it allows you to reach the center comfortably by walk in less than 5 minutes and in approximately 20 the splendid beaches of Finalmarina. Ideal for those who practice climbing sports being located a few km from some of the best known rock gyms or mountain bikes, given the strategic position to reach some of the most popular routes during the day in a few minutes and about 200mt from the ancient village, popular point meeting where to refresh after the great efforts! The apartment is very large, spacious and sunny. The common areas are easily accessible and usable by all guests. We would like to tell you that in respect of you and our person, we carry out the CERTIFIED SANITATION of the apartment at each check-out and as recommended by the regulations, we have eliminated classic linen by opting for disposable materials.
Our main jobs are very different, one for the hospital field and one for the accounting field, but we share the great passion for travel. This has led us to think of creating a comfortable structure to accommodate you during your vacation and be able to enjoy a bit of holiday spirit with you.
The location is great for walking on foot in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy: FinalBorgo. You can easily use the stops of several bus lines nearby (from 10m to 200m) to reach the wonderful beaches of Finalmarina and Varigotti, rather than the nearby rock gymnasium and the various paths that make you make suggestive walks immersed in green inland.
