La Gabbianella e il Gatto is a structure immersed in the lush countryside, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, and offering a view of the Tyrrhenian Sea, just a 5-minute drive away. The property consists of three separate mini-apartments, each equipped with all modern comforts. Outside, there is a spacious gazebo with amenities, and a stunning communal swimming pool that complements the structure, seamlessly blending into the natural surroundings. The space: The structures are internally made of wood and are equipped with air conditioning and heating for the winter. Outside, you will find: A panoramic terrace A swimming pool with sun loungers, a relaxation area, and outdoor showers A barbecue area, a wood-fired oven, and an outdoor kitchen to be shared with other guests An outdoor gazebo with ping pong. An area for animals with various special species, such as racing pigeons and the world's smallest chickens. A vegetable garden where, upon request, you can harvest seasonal vegetables. Guest access: The interior of the house is at your complete disposal. The barbecue area, the wood-fired oven, the swimming pool, and the outdoor areas are shared with other guests of the property. Pool open until the end of October! Other things to note: We have a vegetable garden and eggs from the world's smallest chickens. Upon request, we can provide products from our property.

We are located within the Nebrodi Park, an area famous for its breathtaking views and hiking opportunities, just a 5-minute drive from the Acquedolci waterfront. Moreover, in front of us, you can glimpse the Aeolian Islands, renowned tourist destinations that can be visited from nearby towns with boat excursions. Getting around the area: To explore the surroundings, we recommend opting for a car rental, as it will allow you to easily reach points of interest. However, for those who prefer to get around without a car, we offer NCC (taxi) service and the possibility to rent mountain bikes or scooters. This way, you can still enjoy the beauty of the area comfortably and with more flexibility.
