Its location on one of the city's main and liveliest streets, just steps from the Basilica of Saint Francis, the Piazza del Comune, the Basilica of Saint Clare, and the Sanctuary of the Spogliazione, makes it an excellent starting point for exploring the entire city on foot. Finely furnished with period furniture combined with contemporary design accessories, the apartment features original frescoes, vaulted ceilings, and perfectly preserved terracotta floors. The balcony, which overlooks the central Via Portica, dates back to the late Middle Ages and is one of the oldest and most iconic in the city. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
