It is a splendid newly renovated apartment on the 4th floor of a building equipped with an elevator facing the sea and the very comfortable cycle path (a route of approximately 24 km, one of the longest in Europe with a breathtaking landscape). Literally crossing the street you find yourself on a free beach between 2 beautiful beach resorts in case you would like to enjoy the sea in comfort, and the center with all its shops, restaurants, bars… just a few minutes' walk away. The apartment consists of a habitable and modern kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay. You have free WI-FI, a bathroom with a large shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a large living area with a sofa bed for a total of 4 beds. Only 1 pet allowed, at no additional cost. The accommodation is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort such as coffee machine,heating, fan, washing machine, dishwasher, induction top, microwave and traditional oven, Smart TV, hair dryer, dishes and various kitchen utensils, etc. From both large French windows overlooking the terrace, you'll enjoy unparalleled views of the sea… it'll be like being there even when you're indoors! The area offers several attractions given its central location and proximity to wonderful places (between the sea and the mountains) such as the villages of Vallecrosia Alta, Bordighera, Dolceacqua, Vallebona, the Principality of Seborga, the border town Ventimiglia with its beautiful historic center and a little further away, across the border, You can admire the stunning Menton with its beautiful colorful houses and a succession of small towns with typical French charm, until you reach the Principality of Monaco for a day of luxury. You're on the seafront, just a stone's throw from the sea. Just cross the street and you'll find yourself on the bike path and the beach, spoiled for choice between a public beach and beach resorts perfectly equipped for your convenience. Plus, you're in a limited traffic zone, so there's little traffic. There's a large free parking lot behind the property, and you're just a short walk from the center with all the necessary services available.
