In the outskirts of the city, in a quiet and easyly reachable area, La Pineta features large double rooms with private bathroom and a furnished mini apartment, all with independent access, air conditioning, TV and WiFi, within a large garden with tall, ornamental and fruit trees.
Common area equipped with fridge, coffee machine and kettle, available to guests for taking breakfast or consuming other meals.
Fresh fruit available according to the season: citrus fruits, peaches, apricots, persimmons, figs, prickly pears.
Independent access and self check-in, parking inside the structure.
Remote work equipment (check availability): light desk, monitor 29", keyboard and mouse, 5G FWA connection protected by UPS.
My family built this house in the late 70s, I will be happy to share it with you with the utmost respect for your privacy.
Just outside the city, towards the Ionian coast, the area is quiet and private, easily reachable from the city centre and the ring road.
