An elegant 56 m2 flat located in the historic centre of Trapani. The flat is located in the famous Via Serisso, the only one in the world where you can see two different seas at the same time. On one side the Tyrrhenian Sea and on the other the Mediterranean Sea. The flat is a stone's throw from the beautiful beach 'sotto le mura' and also from the port, from where you can reach the Egadi Islands. The main public transport and car parking can be easily reached. Various restaurants and pizzerias, a bakery, a pharmacy, a tobacconist's shop and grocery shops are nearby.
