The dining room overlooks the lake directly through a balcony. It is composed of a table, chairs and a large wardrobe; There is also a comfortable 4-seater sofa bed Poltronesofà and a TV. In case of bad weather this room allows you to have lunch indoors. The same room can become a sleeping area thanks to the sofa bed for two people. A handful of stairs leads to the upper floor where there is a bedroom with a double bed and a connecting bedroom with a bunk bed. My name is Giovanni, I welcome you to the Terrace on the Lake! Originally from Castel di Tora by my mother, grandparents, I live in Rome and I have a special bond with this place which was my happy island where we spent the summers with my family. I deal with my company in electrical and technological systems and renovations with partners. I took advantage of the market stalemate due to an epidemic, to renovate the house and secure the apartment systems, to share with my brother Federico and my two sisters Irina and Elisa and with friends, the enchanting beauty of the place. Hence the idea of extending this regenerating beauty experience to more people and finding new opportunities for friendship with the guests who will enjoy it. I really like the mountains and photography, the place offers many panoramic points; I like to play the guitar as a beginner so it happens to me looking at the lake, the sun shining on the water, the blue sky and the green mountains reflected in the lake, feeling the wind caressing the skin and transforming the emotions that this beauty into music it evokes me and that I wish every guest to try!

Castel di Tora is among the most beautiful villages in Italy! Our house has the enormous advantage of being only 250 meters from the lake area, where there are sports facilities for renting canoes, pedal boats, guided sailing tours, an umbrella area with deck chairs and a restaurant all within walking distance. . Another great convenience of the house is being able to approach with the car to unload shopping and luggage and then access three possible parking areas very close even in high season, finding parking is a matter of luck. Since the house is outside the ZTL area that prohibits transit to the center of the country, there is no constraint and limitation on approaching the structure throughout the year! This beautiful country in addition to its beauties, such as nature, the lake, the Vallocchie waterfalls, Monte Cervia and Navegna, which invite you to go for walks and trekking, is also a strategic point to visit very beautiful neighboring countries with other panoramic views, such as the lake of Salto, the castle of Rocca Sinibalda, Rieti and Mount Terminillo or perhaps the Gran Sasso.
