The house consists of three large bed rooms, two bathrooms and a living area with terrace, as well as two private gardens, front and rear of the building. The nearest beach (Calamarina) is 10/15 minutes away on foot (3/5 by car). The beaches of Chia and Tuerredda are about 5km and 8km away respectively. The house is located in the context of a village, where there are also a tennis court and a soccer field (5vs5), as well as two swimming pools (one large and one small for children) reserved for residents, all of which can be reached on foot in a couple of minutes. Inside the pool, the use of a swimming cap is required, which you will be given free of charge upon your arrival. Linen and towels are provided, as well as free use of WiFI internet throughout the apartment. For any clarification do not hesitate to contact us and a person will always be available for any need that may arise during your stay. We wish you a pleasant stay. Guido
